With the chef and householder Silvana’s recipes one can rediscover the true tastes that maybe we have forgotten or never tried, like home-made pasta, gnocchi and tortellini, shaped every day by her expert hands and made special by the use of homegrown vegetables and herbs.

And then, the meats and cheeses, often matched with special mustards and marmalades, made with the fruit from the garden and the surrounding forests.

A special breakfast, in which the flavors and fragrances of the home-made cakes are combined with a mix of tastes and perfumes which talk about the region of Val di Non.


The strong tastes of the most lively valley of Trentino, as the local cold cuts, the types of honey and the butter that comes directly from the dairy-farms, accompany Giulia’s cakes. Marmalades and cakes prepared right in the precious kitchen of Locanda Alpina, following the old, authentic recipe, with the old slow rhythms of processing. Creative recipes, like Brezdel, a dish that is more than a dessert, a magic fusion of peculiar tastes with more delicate tastes.
